Kids Karate
Kids or Teens Sticks - Eskrima
Zen Do Kai - Teens & Adults Freestyle Karate
Muay Thai - Kickboxing
Eskrima Doce Pares
EKA Sport - Stick Fighting
Krav Maga (18yrs+)

For your trial class, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing (e.g. shorts/track pants/gym pants, t-shirt) and bringing along a bottle of water. Shoes and socks are not worn on the training mats during class.
