It's essential that we have a record of who attends the club, and that we ask you to complete a waiver as this is a physical activity.

When you complete your first class, if you do not want to continue or wish to discuss alternative membership options we can do so.

You are free to cancel membership at any time although we need one months notice to cancel payments.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to get changed.
We have limited parking so its best to park around Pargolla or Springfield road or use one of the town car parks.
